How pricing works

Bookings must be scheduled at least 5 hours before the pickup time. Same-day slots within 5 hours are not available online — call or text us at (605) 679-0086 for last-minute requests.
We provide a fair, affordable estimate when we arrive — no payment required to book.
Payment is collected on-site by cash or card reader.
Hazardous items (glass, sharp objects like exposed nails, etc.) and unusually heavy or oversized items may cost more than the base estimate.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup. After that window, cancellations must be made by phone at (605) 679-0086.
